What is the return policy?
Liquidation sales are final unless the item is significantly not as described. Contact support within 48 hours of pickup or delivery so the team can review it.
How do rewards points work?
Earn 1 point per dollar spent. 100 points equals $1 off. Higher loyalty tiers earn faster rewards and your balance is shown in My Account.
Do you ship orders?
Many items can ship nationwide. Local pickup is always available when the store offers it. Shipping rates are shown at checkout before payment.
How do auctions work?
Live auctions are for higher-value finds. Place a bid before the timer ends. If you win, BidBinBuy guides you through payment and pickup or shipping.
What are Mystery Boxes?
Mystery Boxes are surprise bundles of liquidation items sold at a discount. They are built for fun value hunting and every box is different.
How do giveaways work?
