Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

Bin store liquidation items are sold as-is, at deeply discounted prices that reflect the nature of the inventory. All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted unless one of the exceptions below applies.

Liquidation retail operates differently from traditional retail. Items may have cosmetic blemishes, missing packaging, or minor defects โ€” this is expected and reflected in the price. Buyers accept this when completing a purchase.

Exception 1 โ€” Item Not as Described

If an item is materially misrepresented (for example, listed as fully functional but arrived non-functional, or the wrong item was sent entirely), you may request a review:

  • Contact the store owner through the Platform within 48 hours of receiving or picking up your order.
  • Include photos clearly showing the issue.
  • Resolution โ€” including partial refund, store credit, or exchange โ€” is at the store owner's discretion.

Exception 2 โ€” Shipping Damage

If your order arrives visibly damaged due to carrier mishandling:

  • Contact us at support@bidbinbuy.com within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order ID, photos of the damaged packaging and items, and a description of the damage.
  • We will work with the carrier and the store owner to pursue a resolution, which may include a claim with the shipping carrier.

Giveaway Prizes

If you win a BidBinBuy giveaway, your prize is non-transferable and has no cash value. You must claim your prize within 14 days of notification. If you do not claim your prize within 14 days, BidBinBuy and the sponsoring store owner reserve the right to draw a new winner. No substitution of prizes is permitted except at BidBinBuy's sole discretion.

Spin Wheel & Reward Points

Digital rewards earned through the Spin Wheel, daily bonuses, or promotional activities are non-refundable and non-transferable. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency. Points expire after 12 consecutive months of account inactivity as described in the Terms of Service.

Platform Fees

Subscription fees, listing fees, and any other fees charged by BidBinBuy to store owners are non-refundable once processed. If you believe a fee was charged in error, contact support@bidbinbuy.com within 7 days of the charge.

To submit an exception request, email us with the following information:

  • Your order ID
  • Photos clearly showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24 business hours.
